- At whose expense are the delivery, exchange, and return of goods carried out?
Delivery, exchange, and return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
Delivery, exchange, and return are carried out at the expense of the seller if you received a defective product or if the wrong size (product) was sent to you.
Example: You ordered size 52, and they sent you size 50 or any other. In this case, the return or exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the seller.
If you received the size you ordered, tried it on, and it does not correspond to your parameters, then you chose the wrong size. In this case, the store is not at fault, accordingly, the exchange of the size or return of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
- Why did my parcel go back, I wanted to pick it up tomorrow?
Be careful!
All parcels that we send by Nova Poshta are at the warehouse you specified for no more than four days. After four days, Nova Poshta employees send the parcel back to us. Nova Poshta notifies recipients via SMS whenever possible that the parcel has arrived, and also that if you do not pick it up, they will send it back. But these SMS messages do not always reach the recipient, and Nova Poshta employees do not always send them. Always take this into account!
If you cannot or do not have time to pick up the parcel within this period, call or write to us so that we can solve this problem. We can extend the stay of the parcel at your Nova Poshta warehouse
If you know in advance that you will not be able to meet this period of time (four days from the moment the parcel arrives), it is better to place an order later, when you will not have difficulties and time constraints to pick up the goods.
- Why does the color (shade) of the product on the screen not match reality?
It is impossible to convey 100% of the color of the fabric through a photo on the monitor!
Why does this happen?
- Different device screens
The screen of each device is individual. It is not without reason that different screens have different prices, and professional ones are very expensive. Color rendering, quality, and brightness are also different. Not to mention the individual settings of the user. Some people set the screen to high brightness, some like muted colors, and some, if we are talking about smartphones, have a day-night mode, when the smartphone automatically changes not only the brightness, but also the screen temperature. There are a lot of nuances.
As a result of the difference in screens, the manufacturer sees its product on one screen, and the buyer - on another. With a high degree of probability, the pictures will differ. The only question is - to what extent and whether this difference is important. - Lighting when shooting
Fabric and any other object will look different in different lighting and with different surroundings. Natural lighting will differ from artificial lighting, and artificial home/office lighting will differ greatly from artificial studio lighting, studio lighting will also differ from constant and variable lighting, natural lighting in turn will have a lot of differences - indoors, outdoors, cloudy or sunny weather, night or day. That is, there are a lot of lighting nuances! The surroundings are also important - an object on a white and gray background will differ from an object on a red and black background, a bare wall will differ from a room saturated with objects. Both in terms of light reflection and in terms of your perception. - Camera
Like the screen, the camera on which the shooting takes place is different. Here, it is also quite obvious that cameras cost differently for a reason, even phone cameras, not to mention individual devices. Shooting with a point-and-shoot camera and shooting with a professional full-frame camera with the right lens is a huge difference. Color rendering, light sensitivity, distortion and much more will differ. Some things can be corrected in a graphic editor, some cannot, here the designer's skill comes to the fore. - Photo processing
Any photo is necessarily processed in a graphic editor. The usual manipulations are cropping, brightness correction, color correction, contrast. More complex retouching may also be used, it all depends on the shooting conditions.
The processing is carried out by a person who does it in accordance with his taste and vision of how the product should look, and does it on his monitor (do not forget about the difference in monitors). - Fabric batch
Fabrics are received in batches. In each batch, the color of the fabric may differ slightly from the previous batch, within the norm set by the suppliers.
