Delivery and payment methods

  • Delivery within the country, as well as abroad - is carried out only upon 100% prepayment.
    (Only in some cases we allow partial prepayment and only for customers who are in Ukraine)
  • In Ukraine, you can pay either to the company's bank account or online on the website via the payment system WayForPay
  • Also, for Ukrainian citizens who have an account in monobank, purchase in installments is available for some products.
  • Payment from other countries is possible only on the website via the payment system WayForPay
  • Within the country, the goods are delivered by the delivery service "Nova Poshta". Dispatch occurs within 3 working days from the moment of receipt of payment.
  • To other countries, the goods are delivered by the postal service "UkrPoshta". Dispatch occurs within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment. Delivery time takes from 5 to 20 days +/-, depending on the recipient country.
  • Dispatch may be delayed due to military action or problems with electricity.
